Formerly a public house for over a hundred years the Eagle and its converted outbuilding, the Eaglet, lie in the village of Neatishead next to Barton Broad - one of the northern Norfolk Broads. They make a perfect base for exploring the broads, cycling, visiting the coast (8 miles), or seeing historic Norwich (11 miles).

 The Old Eagle - sleeps 5-7

The Eagle has four bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, and 1 bunk), kitchen, bathroom and a large sitting/dining room with an open fire at one end and a wood-burning stove at the other.

Equipment includes electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and television. Electricity and heating (night storage heaters) are included and bed linen is provided. There is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Children are welcome but we regret that we cater for neither pets nor smoking.

2004 prices range from £250 a week to £560 in the high season. Short breaks may be available out of season or at short notice.

The Eaglet has a large bedsitting room, kitchen, and bathroom. Equipment includes electric cooker, fridge, and television. Electricity and heating (night storage heaters) are included and bed linen is provided. We regret that we cater for neither pets nor smoking.
